Variables and Hypothesis
Dependent Variable: The dependent variable in this study is the effectiveness of stain removal, measured by the extent to which stains (Coffee, ketchup and soy sauce) are eliminated from fabric or surfaces. Independent Variable The independent variable is the type of stain remover used. It includes various substances such as distilled white vinegar, baking soda, lemons, hydrogen peroxide, oxygen-based bleach, borax, talc, and cornstarch. Controlled Variables To ensure the validity of the experiment, certain factors must be controlled. These include the type and amount of fabric or surface material, the duration of stain exposure, the concentration of stains, and the environmental conditions (temperature and humidity) during the experiments. Hypothesis If we use different stain removers, then some of them will be better at getting rid of stains..
